How long is the experience and when does it depart?

1.5 hours. Departures run thu, fri, sat, sun at 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM / 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM. Please arrive 15 minutes before your selected departure for check-in.

Where do we meet?

Departures leave from our dock in Nassau. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive an email with the exact meeting point, dock directions, and your captain's contact info.

Are children allowed?

All ages welcome with a guardian. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult and wear the provided life vest at all times.

What should I bring?

Swimsuit, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and a waterproof phone case. Snorkel gear, life vests, and bottled water are included. Cameras are welcome.

What's the cancellation and weather policy?

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure. Any trip cancelled by us due to unsafe weather is fully refunded or rescheduled at your preference.
